This chaise was found in a garden of an estate in Virginia. The construction is from one solid piece of hardwood. The detail is shown on the side view of arm.
The finish is a weatherworn light brown (cocoa) paint with red undertones. The tufted cushion was made new using a vintage boiled linen from Hungary. This piece would make a fabulous entryway seat or a beautiful chaise for the foot of a queen bed.
